Recruitment
Society recruitment begins in the Fall semester. Events, such as Open House, are held with the intention of introducing our society to students and getting to know them, as well as them getting to know us and what we're all about as a community. Rush, occurring in the second half of the semester, aims to familiarize students more with the members and see if they're interested in joining our brotherhood.
The Prospective Process
Events
These occur throughout the semester and allow students to get to know Penn active members and alumni.
Rushing & Bids
The final event of the year in which prospects decide if they'd like to submit, and as a result possibly receive, a bid to join the Society.
New Member Education
Beginning in the Spring semester, this process teaches prospective pledges the Society's beliefs, virtues, and brotherhood, concluding with their initiation.
